Rear facing as long as possible is the best, but age 2 is the car seat companies recommendation. Nora's chest clip needed to be level at the armpits. I would highly recommend them to find a Certified Car Seat Technician in their area to help show them proper installs of both seats and strap positions and tightness. It can be overwhelming when you're used to only using public transportation and going to daily car seat use. ❤
