Dude I've been trying to make my Cricut work for hours and it was all because I had selected the wrong device type while trying to connect Bluetooth. I thought the Bluetooth in it was broken! You're a life saver, I cant thank you enough.

Hi Donna, I seem to be the only one where this didn’t work and just to let you know even before I found your video I had done exactly what you showed in your video and I had tried several times. I’m the same,brought a circuit maker 3 on Friday got one cut out of it and now it will not even show the maker on Bluetooth,on the app it’s blank, I really don’t know what else to do

Thank you! My problem was solved by changing the machine to ‘Explorer family’, instead of what I had it on Explorer 3. I was also getting so frustrated. Thanks once again for saving my Cricut from the dumpster 😮

The last half of the video did it for me!! Even if you’re using an explore, click joy or maker and reselect explore and it will work!! ❤❤❤ This worked for my iPhone

I spent approximately 40 minutes with cricket support and in the end they didn’t know what to do and wanted me to send him a video to show how it wasn’t hooking up to my Bluetooth. Within five minutes it was up and running again after watching your video…Thanks so much for the info

Guys, none of these worked for me but the video did helped it made me think about going into the App Store (since the problem was not my machine it was the iPad) and checked the app it turns out there was an update for the cricut space app so I did and got fixed like nothing happened lol

Donna I can’t print from my iMac why? It shows the Cricut explore and it connects and in seconds it disconnects I’m frustrated help please !!! When I press make it shows the first step but then the go button doesn’t turns on I could use it from my iPhone but for me I prefer to use the iMac

If you are referring to the Bluetooth on the MacBook, it should be similar to the iPad. Just go to system preferences, the icon is the same as the iPad, and then click Bluetooth and make sure it is connected from there.
