Sir technically if graph is declining then for slope we subtract initial concentration from final concentration to find difference in Concentration. But u subtracted the smaller value (final) from the greater one (initial) which is not the correct method for finding slope. Greater value is initial concentration we cannot subtract final (less concentration) from initial. The correct method for finding slope is by subtracting greater concentration (initial) from less concentration (final) answer will have same value as u found but it will be negative as instantaneous rate of reaction in terms of concentration of reactants is always negative.
