In the opening round of the 2025 AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am, Rory McIlroy shot a bogey-free 6-under 66, highlighted by a hole-in-one at the par-315th hole at Spyglass Hill Golf Course.

The PGA TOUR heads to California’s Monterey Peninsula for the 2025 AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am, one of the season’s Signature Events. Scottie Scheffler, looking for a strong start to 2025, is aiming to claim his first win at Pebble Beach. Jordan Spieth, a past winner in 2017 and a consistent contender, returns with hopes of adding another trophy to his collection. Wyndham Clark, the reigning champion, is also in the mix after a top 20 finish at The Sentry earlier this month. I'm from Ireland 🇮🇪 Pebble is a fantastic course so is Cypress Point Spyglass not so much, but they are not real Links courses like here they are not a patch on Waterville Lahinch Ballybunion etc

Have you noticed that it always looks the same, you could change dates and tournament names and you would not know what tournament it is. They are all so similar, same shots, same comments, same results, same ..boring. Pga you have to make golf courses much much more difficult so the demands on the players go up. Quality, dedication, effort goes up a lot. This is just lazy and boring
