Imagine full ap chogath with infinite ults stacking faster than ever before
chogath is still gated by only 6 stacks from non champ sources. So it isn't like he could easily infinitely stack.
@@Shiftshapercat The normal cd is 40 at rank 3, so it will be just few seconds for chomp. It will be just mana issue.

@jansyrovatka4090 sadly the bug was removed now, but I tried it yesterday evening. I went full tank with heartsteel instead of full ap. It was like 11 seconds

If you use this bug with Twitch and just constantly attack turrets from outside their range your opponent can never go base unless you do, or use Nocturne and perma blind the enemy

About the new rift herald: if u ride and destroy a structure on hitting u can ride again but if u hit terrain it goes on short cooldown and yes its possible to destroy a 1 tier turret lets say bot and ride again through the jung and hit another tower in mid lane its tricky but doable. Btw his hp drops on hitting but by a percentage so it is possible to keep riding on the buggati.

I did it with chogath and got 12.8k HP, si fire was doing 200 dmg per tick and riftmaker was giving me 240 AP

A few video ideas:
Do this with a full team of snipers
(Jinx, Ezreal, Draven, Ashe… someone else)
Do this with people who have long buffs for perma buffs.

That was one of the most amusing games I've watched in a long time.
this would be funny to do with ezreal ( like that previous video) where you sit behind baron and spam abilities to get the cooldown even lower. so on a game where you have top side would be a good chance.
I 'd like to see the bugged item used in a normal way. I'm curious if the ability that triggers on your ultimate has an internal cooldown, could be interesting on a champion with a low CD ult or one that resets.
It does. I think its 3 seconds and lasts 3 seconds.
But Item haste is SUPPOSED to work on it. Not sure if it does. Anivia.

I GOT A GENIUS IDEA! Fist you need to get as many Cho'Gath stacks as you can with this bug. Second, you now use the statue spam that Cait did this game bit with your giant Cho'Gath! The whole map will be covered in giant Cho statues xD
Ezreal would be dope. With the capped base cooldown plus the second reduction on Q hits...same with karma just heal everything...Asol would be fun constantly dropping meteors...blitz goes without saying...lethality caitlin...maybe a little AP ganplank.

Apparently if you use this bug on neeko it also gives her W 500 haste and you can spam it a ton
This is hilarious. Their base was a shooting gallery for off-site artillery. Ashe farming better from fountain than in lane.
I'd like to point out that nobody is noting Singed's hack. He runs donuts on top of Zwag and suddenly Zwag has a 62 second cooldown on his ult @35:28 !

Primary runes: Grasp, Demolish, Conditioning, Overgrowth OR standard Conqueror.
Secondary runes: Manaflow, Gathering Storm OR Presence of mind, Last stand.
Extra facts:
You want Archangel's first, because Cass is so mana hungry.
Gauntlet might work, because with E you'll proc it often.
Heartsteel will easily proc because you're ranged and fast. For the same reason Rylai's will be excellent for kiting, just like bruiser Ashe.
Spirit Visage synergizes with your E healing and shielding granted by Seraph's and Gargoyle. Extra points for building all three!

Random fun S14 build idea I just had, that could work on either Caitlyn, Jhin or Senna :
Voltaic Cyclosword > Sundered Sky > Stormrazor / RFC / Statikk Shiv > Essence Reaver / LDR
I put the 2 new items first cause their addition is what makes the build possible, and it's probably what you're gonna want to showcase first, but the order doesn't matter that much haha. The idea is obviously to try to deal as much damage as possible with one auto attack, maybe even killing a squishy champ in one Q auto combo. Dark Harvest would probably be the best choice for maximum burst but I think I'd go with Fleet Footwork just to make it feel smoother
