I have 7 router used for pc, CCTV, TV etc device.
Each router has 25-30 users via lan cable. Routers have different LAN IP.
Now If I connect all LAN at a common switch will my data pass correctly?

As per your enquiry, you have overall 7 routers it means 7 LAN Ip and 7 WAN Ip ? (Correct me if I am wrong)
Questions from My Side-
1) Do you want to allow 7 nos of ISP line to your office?
2) Allow me to know your total number of user .

Aap aik ho connection ko hi devide Kiya hai ? Ya fir 7 connection liye hai.?
Switch se chalane ke liye same range ko ip honi chahiye agar aapk local network hai

No need different fiber line , you can manage speed through Router board or any radius server or ppp server
