How many cams did you use
Is the paint safe
Awesome job. Thanks
Came out beautifully done
This looked beautiful!
If the crib is new, and I just want to change the color, do I have to sand it and use primer?
No you dont need to sand or primer, just make sure you use sealer after paint,
Nice!
nice job....beautiful reveal
Is that kind of paint safe for a baby crib? They like to chew on the top rail.
How much paint did it require?mine is 120 cm by 70 cm..1 litre shld do?
I needed 3 cans of spray paint, 2 might work but with 3 I was able to get all the spots I missed in the first coat
my babies crib is new bt I just want to change the clour so can u pls tell me which materials I’ve to use & also tell me the step pls
Love this!! We have a dark crib we just bought and we want to sand it down and paint it a lighter color. Can I use an electric sander or would a sanding block be better? Also, what grit did you start out with?
yes you can use electric sander but would still need sanding block for the small spaces electric sander can't reach
Also make sure once done, to go back over it all with damp wet rag and remove all dust before you start the paint process.
Wait till completely dry.
Make sure paint
You buy is for furniture
Ect, wood.
Low fumes.
Safe for painting baby cribs.
Then go over after done painting and use a clear coat seal after paint has fully dried.
Just make sure safe ,
Since we all know babies love to bite into the wood .
I also just got done picking up a crib from fb marketplace for free with a matching baby changing table and a brand new mattress, couldn't believe my luck.
Picked up for my nieces baby boy , he's 1 week old now.
I changed crib color from white to a baby blue.
Use sander for the larger areas And a small sand block for those small hard to reach areas .
Before you know it, your
Crib will look brand new again.
enjoy....
@@scotland1988ful I found safe paint for baby cribs but could not find safe clear coat seal...do u have any recommendation?
Would liquid sandpaper work ? Seems like a lot of work scrubbing lol
Yes you can wet sand, this crib was in rough shape so it required more sanding,if your crib is in good condition you might not even need to sand
It Came Out Really Nice 👍
Nice !👍🏻
OMG it really turned out great
That paint is not remotely safe to use on a piece of furniture that babies will chew on. The fact that it’s not lead based does not make it safe. Do some research on materials used to finish cribs, and take down this video that’s giving people stupid ideas.
If you want to go that far, no paint is safe for babies, link your video so I can check it out,
@@uniquerestorations6251milk paint and chalk paint are safe for babies. I haven’t found a spray paint that is safe yet…
Clear and transparent plans with detailed instructions can be found on the Stodoys website.
