Love studying the book of Isaiah but I had to stop at around 1:08:30 because of a random negative comment about Pentecostals.
You also mentioned that in capter 2 of Acts "everyone" understood what the people were saying when they spoke in tongues. But clearly some people thought they were "drunk" so they definitely did Not understand the tongue.
