@Alexander Failoni No, it can't. Crit gives more shield stun, but not more shield damage. Any time you see Hero breaking a full shield it was with Psyche up and Oomph. I've tested this just to make sure and Mew2King has confirmed it. Hero is still someone you don't want to shield his melee attacks with if he has buffs up though. It's like Shulk with Buster, except worse because you don't even need to have it charged slightly. Best shield break combo is Kafrizz into Dash attack with Oomph though.
