Hi mate. Any job at entry level isn’t going to pay top dollar. But 2 or 3 years in you’ll be glad you took the leap 🧱 Try labouring for a bit. Get a feel for the job and the lads and how sites operate

Personally I prefer the day in a life kind of vids like this one with site visits. Maybe being a little more regular with the episodes too would help build the channel and a following faster? All good though, keep it coming!👍
Do new builds instead of renovations, 10 x the profit, your just building (going forward) instead of ripping everything out (going backwards), new builds sell quicker, its amazing leverage, get others to lay the bricks while you play golf ; ), and its easy to build 5 houses at once compared to renovating 5 houses. I've done plenty of both and I've never gone back to a refurb since doing new builds
