    Thankyou.
I've loved the island since I was 3 , on holiday from London.

I spend about a months time of my youth sailing a ship around Ailsa Craig. The lighthouse and me became old friends...actually all the lights up and down the Firth were my good friends. Thank you for posting this; I never realized there was more to the little island.

Awesome! My Godfather once owned the Island, back 20 years ago he sold it. Brings back so much memories, driving over in his dinghy, lots of fishing on the coast, eating sandwiches by the Lighthouse and so on.
Sadly he passed away, but i will show it to his wife and my mom. I think they both will love it.

@cushy glen Last Time i checked, it was up for sale. I mean its a barren Rock in the middle of the ocean. Plus you cant own most of the Island, since its a Nature Reservat and a quarry for Curling Stones. Still beautiful though.

Great work. What a fantastic way to experience this iconic rock. Many of us will know it all of our lives yet never visit. I have on boat from Girvan but this takes it to another level. The castle shots take it to another level. More please of the west coast 👍

Fantastic insight into what for most people, is just "a lump of rock on the horizon". The Drone makes a brilliant tool for history buffs. Bit worried what happens if it crashed on the top of the rock though. Bit of steep climb. Love it! Keep them coming!

If I won the lottery I would buy it and plant trees all over it and restore the castle to its original appearance
