As Ive played with this mech on the gear hub alt account, I can really only recommend getting it in tier 2 and using it then with no upgrading. Its a decent early mech, but it gives diminishing returns on upgrades as you start to unlock more mechs at 16 energy and will slow down your climb in the gear hub unless you spend (and even then, there are likely better items to invest into). So get it for the tier its on, but dont focus on it.
Exactly, I wish there was at least ONE thing that slingshot and puma had over their superior versions, but I get they are supposed to be replaced 🫤

@@litbrickpics give puma the ability to stack shield walls instead of limited hp AND Cooldown, and give slingshot some sort of stasis or shock effect to make up for the lower damage output

Would love to see maxing Puma to 32 energy capacity worthwhile. Perhaps once you hit a certain total garage power, you unlock a feature to "ascend" maxed ubcommon mechs to a more usable statline for endgame play. The vidoe has it right. This is exclusivley an early game mech. No reasonable person would spend the a-coins it takes to max Puma, so it's hard to understand why the option exists.
looks good, but what would be better is you giving some benefit to accounts that still use the progress path, or balancing the bots.

Puma is a good early mech but after you get mechs like Ares or Arachnos, you'd want some space for them so most of the time I saw people replace panther with other mechs. But it is still indeed a good starter mech. ❤ MechArenaOfficial good video
I feel like shield wall shouldn't have any time limit if it's base on taking damage.
That is not a good idea as it you may need to use it when it's already deployed some place else

Will you make in the next updates maybe something with which you can mix the mechs that they are then stronger and have a mixed skill or that the mixed mech has both skills. It would also be cool if the pilots had abilities like for example some pilots could go into the arena and fight, others could heal the mecc and so on. It would be really nice

Nice one as always, also while mentioning the weapons good on Puma, you showed the old Carbine 12 design, which may confuse many newbie players and also as this Spotlight is based on Puma, an early game mech, it'll attract newbies more than veterans, so do design that new Carbine 12 3D 360⁰ rotating animation like you have for the older design, just a small suggestion, otherwise, Commentry, just "Mwah!!" Awesome as always, I love that duo!

Mech arena is very fun but there’s one thing that bothers me and that’s there’s a meta. Most mechs and weapons should be viable endgame to give much more variety in people’s hangars. And all mechs should be beefier to help with that.
Puma is just a buget version of panther😂😂
Puma is pretty good for beginners but when you get around at6 its basically useless if you don't upgrade it. A small buff for pumas armor will make it way better. The energy capacity is pretty good. Nice one Mech Arena!👍

Another tip after this mech use panther like you would do with sling shot to kill shot then kill shot to surge but for Scorpius vs arachnos idk witch one you should go for

Puma is a beginner version of Panther, Arachnos is a beginner version of Scorpius and Slingshot is a beginner version of Killshot.
This is why Panther was put in the EPIC grade. Puma has a shield wall that is destructible. Panther's stasis barrier is completely indestructible. Making Panther the better of the two. Why did you make Panther P2W
I have an idea for a mech:
ability: turn invisible for 30 seconds, but show a faint outline from 40 meters away, and a bold outline from 20 meters away.
speed: 20-30 kph
health: 10-50K
Weaknesses: hunter's mark; increase range from which bold out is seen to 45 meters and faint outline range to 70 meters, stasis effect stays for 30 seconds.
role: scout.
notes: when damaged while invisible gain overheat for 2 seconds, and if you shoot while invisible you shots deal +25% damage but you stop being invisible.
if you use this idea please add or remove things as you see fit.
P.S by invisible I mean no targeting, and you also can't see the mech, like I mean it disappears from your screen until either it shoots, is shot, or the effect wears off.

The shield with durability is great but anyway the strongest shield that can withstand any damage is panther’s shield ;)
puma's ability is panthers minus the side effects of making enemies slower

Puma is very powerful. Grab a pair of longarm on puma, then add a beam weapon to it. My suggestion is thermal lance they will be unstoppable

@@evil_stevil War robots lags because of your device, I don't have an Iphone or the new samsung but my phine never lags with war robots, also the models in war robots are much better and designed better than mech arena
@@UniformGem2well I've seen reports online saying that war robots lag spikes happen more often than not and when it happens it can crash the game so sorry to pop your fantasy world bubble but (picks up needle) (pops your bubble)
I used to play war robots on an older device when i first found the game and it lagged a lot, but when i got a better device, all the lag dissapeared. You see, the problem is most wr players are kids who don't have the best devices and therefore they lag a lot, then they try to push the blame to others because they can't accept that they are wrong, also using your logic of reading reviews, mech arena according to one review is ''A horrible game that forces you to buy stuff in order to progress online and specifically caters to younger audiences using explicit models of in game chaeacters to make kids more likely to play'' so using that review, mech arena is just a porno game that uses nsfw to lure kids in, and also using your logic, thats all it is

Man I made new account and got the legendary disc weapons but puma was not in progress,it can be one shot 😅. I love my old account with panther but love the game Even now with more varieties and variability, I wish there is level setting with stronger players but the system sets with moderate

puma is the little brother of panther as I would say every time.
i am a free to play player and puma is an easy early game decent mech to get, however he gets very squishy mid-game
