I had to laugh because I thought it was just me trying to figure it out. I think the key is to have a page that is already punched correctly, write down the locations for each punch and save it for the future. Great demonstration. 😳💙🌻💜🌴💚👍🌷
I'm 3 years late, but thank you for this tutorial. I've just learned about this punch and was looking for tutorials. Thanks for getting close to the numbers. I would use a marker and wipe off the excess to make the numbers visible. Also, I found out the pink number is for the pink punch and the brown is for the brown punch. Apparently, they are aligned differently. Thanks for sharing, this was very helpful!
Thanks for sharing, even the mistakes cause we're all trying to learn, I know that's why I'm watching. I really do think the key is the page has to be the exact measurement given on the tag from WRMK for the planner size we are working on. Thanks for taking the time to share.
LadyScrafts hey there Shirlene 😊 wow you watch my videos, love it. ok any way yes I think a good investment piece. now if I can figure out lamination with the punch we will be cooking with EVOO lol - TFW
Super helpful video, thanks so much! Have been wanting to try a cost-effective way to make my own disc bound art journals using bristol, watercolour, and mixed media board. Looks like this punch wouldn't be a good fit for my purposes. Thanks again, hope you and your family are doing well
This review was fantastic. You went over everything, it was easy to follow, and you test drove it. I'd have totally ruined special stuff mis-punching things if you hadn't shown us the laminate really messes it up!
I would say yes as remember this has the regular hole punch so just have to put in the right location. It came with parts for hole punch planners and I bought the happy planner style (arc/mushroom punch) so I have both. I haven't used in awhile & i just got a pocket planner and i was thinking need a punch. Thanks for the reminder (lol when you have many supplies)
sweetdrops45. TFW yep always good with a coupon don't forget if you have something other than a ring planner you will need to buy the inserts disc or spiral or both lol
I have pretty good eyes, but how could anyone read the pink text on the gold background on that sticker?! Sheesh! Anyway, great video! TBH, I'd never even heard of this product before it came up on Autoplay after watching a bunch to learn about the Cinch, and now I want this, too! You're friendly and provide some clever tips for real-life use, which is so important for truly useful crafter vids!
emlocke12 oh, thanks so much for your comment. it made my morning. Yes I would recommend that you have this a part of your stash and I also believe they have a set that you could punch and add to binder you created with a cinch. yay for autoplay! Tfw and happy crafting
Hello I bought mine with the spiral punch, disc punch & the regular punch inserts. I bought mine from Michael's online. I bought buy 1 get 1 @ 50% off. So I bought this punch board with the Tab Punch board payed full price then 50% off the punch board. The same with the different punches. So in all I paid barely $48 for everything.. Not bad at all! it took 8 days to arrive. It's difficult to find all the extra punches. It was just easier to order everything online. Tfs btw 😃
When I bought it in Dec and watched your video,it worked for my mini for shorter paper; but now when I flip to do the top part it's off and does not line up correctly...any suggestion(s)? TIA
Ms Royal Planner i am sorry just seeing this. Recommend mark the middle of the sheet of the page you want to punch. This punch is for exact size listed, so any size other that then you have to mark the spots to the new numbers to adjust. I hope that makes sense.
I recently got a mini happy planner and I was wondering, can you buy just one hole puncher thing without the board and just use another already-punched paper as guide? Cause they are kinda expensive in Europe. I mean if you turn it upside down you can see what you punch, no? Thanks for the video, really appreciate it 💝
Natalie Douka hello, do you mean buy the happy planner accesorie punches only with out the main piece. Yes as the board doesn't come with the happy planner punches. I assume that could work if have a stable base and use your palm. I would guess though just easier to buy the happy planner punch as the classic will punch a mini. Just remember won't do laminate TFW
hello today I got this punch board and was playing around with it and I have some tips for you. I wanted to make a book mark little taller than the mini happy planner and notice something. I wanted a half inch hang over the top so paper size was 7.5 inch so when I wanted to punch I made a little mark at half inch put that mark on the paper line then punch normal and guess what worked. hope this makes since if not u can email me and I can send pic so u can't get what I'm talking about. thought I'd pass this tip a long to all of us that has this punch. If anyone that see this email me as well and I can do pic so u can understand better. happy planning
chop master awesome ok on my phone not showing me email option so can you email the pics to me at Lizbutterfly0504@gmail.com thanks so much for sharing
when u did the classic on the scrap you should took the last punch out like u did the mini and it should of worked. to me that what looked like it happen.
Love your nails Liz! Great video thanks for sharing. Also it looks like it works better thank the Happy planner punch because mine gets stuck every time I punch on laminated paper
Lesly ClassyTety yep didn't get stuck, that's how I broke my happy planner punch trying laminate (just wanted to mark not punch but it wasn't having it) thanks on the nails. So yes put on your list to get the punch & inserts
I don't think the sizing matters if you line up the last hole instead of lining it up with the edge of the punch. line up the hole, remove the extra punch piece and you should be in business.
Thank you Amanda Rice! I haven't been able to find any documentation online for this planner punchboard, I emailed WRMK and all they were willing to do is email me the measurements for the disc bound punches I already had, when I asked for some help with directions. I couldn't understand why that last punch was not in alignment when you flipped the page around for some of the planner sizes!
@@covid-19inthistogether96 it depends a lot with the paper size. if the paper is exactly the size of the option we chose then when we flip it we dont have to take the last punch off when you flip it, cause it does not make it wider cause it sits perfectly there Its just a matter of being careful with what sheets we use. If its a smaller piece then we dont need to flip it and its fine cause the spacing between holes is the correct one But if its a paper that needs to be flipped, then we need to know what option we are using! I use this puncher with happy planner discs for college, as a notebook. If i had the MAMBI happy planner punch in the bigger size it wouldnt match with some things cause that puncher is for the Big happy planner, and it does not use A4 sheets So this is a better option for that matter, for example! It can fit Personal, A5, Letter, Junior, A4 paper and do 6,4,3,2 rings or discs for happy planner (all sizes) and circa (all sizes) So its very handy If you put a piece of paper that is (for example) bigger than a Happy Planner classic but smaller than a HP big, length wise, and you want to put it in your big HP , since you will have to flip cause the puncher only does 6 holes per time, when you flip it if you align with the margin in the left it wont punch well! Its obvious that if we use a option for a Letter size paper and put there something else then they wont align, so id say if you have a happy planner its better to get the big puncher cause the alignment wont matter cause all pages will be smaller than the puncher But if you have multiple sizes and perhaps also binders, then go for this one and just be careful This is also good to use on the arc system, the "circa A4" matches perfectly if the A4 pages you're using are good I use A4 sheets but apparently mine are 1 mm smaller than Arc sheets, but it still works Not with the arc discs though, they're very fat and the punch is very thin so the sheets punched by this (or HP) dont slide well on the arc discs! The opposite is amazing though, slides perfectly Hope i helped, any question tell me c:
I just saw this on Scrapbook.com and have in my cart... But noticed you can purchase at Micharls & Hobby Lobby and use a coupon. Although Scrapbook.com has 15% off right now.. Hmmm decisions decisions lol tfs
letish41LuvsKrafts lol, yea those decisions. My two cents instant if you have at your Micheal's or Hobby Lobby plus bigger coupons to use and no shipping cost. I would get at the store if available to me at the store, walk in and walk out with a deal. Lol TFW
I always use 50% off coupons from michaels to get the wrmk boards that they have. Wayyy wayy cheaper. I got this for 12 what i usually do is get my bf to get another punch board and use the 50% so i can 2 for the price of 1 >:D
I love my mambi punch! My daughter got one for me and it's easy to use! That looks more difficult with having to flip and measure mine I don't have to do any of that 💜💙💖😇
I had to laugh because I thought it was just me trying to figure it out. I think the key is to have a page that is already punched correctly, write down the locations for each punch and save it for the future. Great demonstration. 😳💙🌻💜🌴💚👍🌷

Thank you for showing us how it works with the Happy Planner. I'm sold!
Angela Stone you are so welcome. just remember if not the right page size you will have to play around with the position. thanks for watching

Super helpful video, thanks so much! Have been wanting to try a cost-effective way to make my own disc bound art journals using bristol, watercolour, and mixed media board. Looks like this punch wouldn't be a good fit for my purposes. Thanks again, hope you and your family are doing well
Thanks a lot for this review! I was wondering if this puncher will do laminates and now I can be sure. :)))
When you do the laminated sheet, if you line up the inner paper to the page guide on both ends, it might work.
Thanks for showing this on laminate. I just purchased this and was a little hesitant about how it was going to work in it. :-)
cdssweetpea yes works well just remember will have to adjust position as laminate will add to measurements
Mine didn't come with a sticker - can you share what the sticker says? It's not legible in pink when I try to pause.
This review was fantastic. You went over everything, it was easy to follow, and you test drove it. I'd have totally ruined special stuff mis-punching things if you hadn't shown us the laminate really messes it up!
Does this work for pocket size planner cause I’d rather have this for a5 personal and pocket but just get a happy punch for happy planner
I would say yes as remember this has the regular hole punch so just have to put in the right location. Thank you
