@@MiaBank I LOVE THEM BOTH SM 😭do you know any other youtubers that are just as good or that make similiar content bc i feel like their vibe is unmatched
Recently I’ve been trying to find non-screen time hobbies. I realized I would end up on instagram without even noticing I opened the app or I’d get bored on the app, exit, and reopen because I was bored again.. I bought a book of sudoku games, decided I wanted to learn to cook, and picked up crocheting! Having non-screen related hobbies has actually done wonders for my peace.
i also crochet! although i need a screen to follow a tutorial, i still spend a lot of time not looking at the screen and actually crocheting. i’m so glad you also found crocheting twin!
@@sheepgardenfr oh same! I still struggle so I keep a video on in the background and turn down the speed so I can follow along. To me it still counts as a non screen activity lol one day we will be pros and won’t need a tutorial
15:55 *whatever* you do is interesting! never cut out what you think is boring cause it ain’t and we are going to watch every bit of it don’t doubt yourself
I like how you talk clearly about what you think about, you are a very sensitive, thoughtful and deep person, i personally love this type of video more, they are more "real" and therapeutic.
This was a really nice video. You being vulnerable was grounding, so I felt engaged with the video. It didn’t feel “long” or “boring”, 30 mins flew by for me. Keep sharing your ideas and thoughts, they’re great to hear/watch.
This is actually crazy timing, I have been fighting this issue for weeks now. I think I also need a trip to my home country. I like this type of content sm, May Allah help you find the courage to do what you enjoy and find your own people☺️
Because were so used to high dopamine activities that everything else becomes boring but whenever we stay in a place surrounded with family nature our brain slows down and we get to enjoy things that we normally wouldn’t when our brain is overstimulated
I’ve always had that thought too Like why can’t I just sit doing nothing and you went and did it! This was such an interesting and weirdly comforting video to watch, I liked that you didn’t cut out the part about you journaling you’re right there was someone out there enjoying that part. I watched this without any pauses on the TV and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Keep going with the videos, you’re very unique.
I’m glad you mentioned that even though this was a chill video it still had a certain tempo, with different images and a lot of cutting 27:14 . It didn’t feel slow to me because of that, which I think you were aiming for. It just felt calm.
usually a quiet watcher, but i really want to reply on this. this is such an eye opening video, usually i am spending my time with the most unimportant stuff, scrolling through my phone the whole day, not realizing how my day just went to a waste. i can never talk enough about how we are all slaves to phones and our parents were right. sometimes i don’t even know my self anymore, and just following everything of the trend, everyone is the same person nowadays. it’s so important to be reflecting on your self by shutting of all your devices. finding, knowing yourself is important. thank you for this eye opener ameziane.
The advice I can give that I know many have benefited from; many Muslims struggle with this but we may be more inclined to want to find a to end this cycle of constantly wanting to be stimulated by a device because in our hearts we know there is a better way we could be spending our time. And whilst your approach is valid, I think you should try looking at the problem a bit differently. Now I don’t know if you are a practicing Muslim and only Allah knows best what your intentions are… but you don’t actually need to be doing nothing and be okay. The point of this dunya is to use that time to do something that will benefit you in the aakhiraa and qabr. Such as reading quraan, performing better salaah and just being in the state of ibaadat. In this way, you are doing “nothing” in this world but doing everything for yourself to be a better Muslim. I believe in you Muhammad Amaziane and I make duaa that Allah SWT guides you and keeps you on the right path. Eid Mubarak 🤍
Genuinely love these types of videos. Had this vid just playing on my pc whilst I was working on some random drawing I was doing and just like yourself in the vid, i felt relaxed and really in tune with my mind
23:29 that plant is actually my favorite, it makes delicious fruits in summer. We kabyles call it "karmouse" and in french they call it " les figues de barbarie".You should taste it, and there is no need to be afraid because it won't fall.
really enjoyed the middle segment and the part where you talked about changing your personality to appease certain people. it’s definitely something i’ve found myself guilty of doing, especially when i began working in a corporate setting (i was only 20) where your sociability matters a lot in determining what your colleagues think about you. but now that i’m a bit older, i’ve realised that i shouldn’t care so much about what others think of me nor should i change who i am just to fit in. it’s exhausting keeping up a fake persona and if people don’t vibe with who i genuinely am, well that’s too bad anyways, that aside, i loved the video and the whole concept/message behind it. my mum would love it too, she’s always lecturing us about our phone dependency and how it’s shaitaan lol
i genuinely mean this, although this video was completely different to your previous ones, i've never been more invested iin a video like this one. keep up the great work man
i actually really love when you talk about these kind of topics because you do it in a way that’s relatable and not pretentious, you should do it more often
ahh yes youtube was getting boring. This video was soo nice and comforting to watch, your feelings are so relatable and its comforting knowing that im not alone with those thoughts!! and the poor cat was soo cute🥹🥹Loved this video 🤞🏻🫶🏻
I think there is a total of 2 videos (this included) where I have left comments on TH-cam on since 2009, (and the other one was a family friend's cooking video that my mom specifically asked me to comment on), but I am leaving a comment here to help boost this vid for the algorithm bc the message thoroughly resonated with me. good luck bud
I loved this video! the intro was so well articulated, thank you ameziane for putting what I feel into words. Life isn't a prison. Life shouldn't feel like a prison. Breaking away from constantly needing stimulation is hard but it so worth it. Thank you so much for this video.
Love these types of videos, really helps give a new perspective on things and your delivery makes it 10x better. Hope we get the opportunity to see this side of you more 😭
Always be yourself and make content you enjoy, I really appreciated this video because I feel the same way but it was nice to see you taking it slow and just feeling how you feel and saying what you feel
Journaling keeps the thoughts from going on in my head over & over cuz I had the chance to write it down, reflect on it, and think about next steps (duaa kinda does the same except the next step is that Allah will help).. never thought about how it slows down your thinking, nice

Not me watching this video while cooking because I can’t stand being in a quiet place. But honestly, this made me reflect about my life so much. In this day and age, barely any of us (especially gen z and younger) can spend time without being on a device or on the internet. Like… look at me, I need to watch TH-cam when cooking, listen to a podcast while cleaning and watch a show while eating. I’m constantly on my phone. But for me personally, I feel like it’s also because I grew up in a very loud house with a lot of people and now that I live alone because of university, I’m just trying to recreate the environment that I’m comfortable in. I need to compare myself to how I am when I’m back home for vacation and see if I’m just attached to my devices or if I’m doing it because I’m alone.
I really this video, it was intimate and nice to have a slow video and just hear your thoughts. A reminder to break up all the noise and stop rushing all the time
