Teacher in first mean second problem you have to take 35 but you are taken 25 why ❓
Because first you see that last unit digit
It's 5
So she did sqare of that unit digir
She has taken 35 the 5 is unit digit so she id 5 into 5 is 25
She did like 35=3into4=25=so now 4 into 3 =12 so now joint that 25 to rhis so now the answer is 1225

If 5 is in Unit place , we have to square the number i.e, 5*5=25
