I honestly really like Hu Tao's design. She is one of my favorite characters, and I find it pretty funny that he put her on E tier. I actually laughed a bit when he said "It's not spooky season anymore." and put her there.

Everything else is fine, but i screamed and cryed when hu tao got put in E tier, shes like my favorite character of all time and im trying to get her but i just recently got scara and thats my 3rd 50/50 won so idk if im gonna get her anymore (first it was cyno who was an accident, second it was yae who was on purpose and now scara who was also obviously on purpose.)
I quit my account because of Ganyu, Nilou and Nahida all of purpose

This tier list is actually really accurate. Hu Tao used to be a favorite of mine I even have her staff of Homa but I got bored of her and her singing and I haven't used her for over a year now. Also it makes me so happy to see the Genocidal Evil Ei on the bottom of the list ❤❤❤

Itto is among my top 5 favorite genshin characters. I hate that she called my bro annoying.
