The requirement of 200 members is because of a scheme (like pay 2000 p.m. for 20 months and if you get the name in chit you will get the full money no need to pay further)
I managed one of them and it needs around 167 members to get a BEP.

Lecture was good but this no. adds is not good ethical practice. Giving adds is fine but adds in every 2-3 minutes, it really irritate and stop from focusing on lecture content. Kindly, think about it once Sir.
