Shouldn't Greedy Venom return to the field after Marik activated Malevolent Catastrophe? His effect states his Fusion Materials gain the effect to banish themselves to ressurect him

That effect works only when greedy venom is destroyed but it was sent to the graveyard by malevolent catastrophe not destroyed

alright, i got to complain. Marik cant draw on the first turn since he is dueling an arc v character. in duels between arc v and vrains characters the first turn player does not draw.

But in the Yu-Gi-Oh Duel monsters series , all characters like Marik can draw on the first turn

@@TheDuelingFox yes but it's a duels with arc vrains characters the rules should be up to date with the format the latest player is in. like the oblisek force and playmaker video. playmaker shouldn't have drawn on the first turn since they would be in master rule 5 rules.

I understand duels between characters before arc v but if you want an accurate duel with a character from arc v or vrains the first-turn player can't draw. doesn't matter if they are from duel monsters through zexal. if they dueling against someone from arc v or vrains then they would be dueling with rules that makes so the first player can not draw. it just more accurate that way. ygo epic duels, youshowygo, and other yugioh simulation tubers do it that way as well.
