I have exactly the same issue, and they have literally shrugged their shoulders and said tough luck!
Not fit for purpose, mine will be joining yours in the bin.

I had that snake hive case and the stitch fell out of it. Wouldn't even hold the phone in straight

So what, got a freebie to replace it until it gets worn, then it gets binned. Looks a bit worn out from normal use, but not abused.

That has been heavily abused. Who you kidding. I’ve had mine over a year still like new. Best case on the market love it.
