That' lovely to say if you get 10% CAGR on your Real Estate you are safe.. but RBI data shows that the CAGR is 5-6% avg in the last 10 years.. so who is getting this 10% and how will people benefit?

In the examples of the returns from property, it seems those investors who make larger returns end up paying less tax. How is this logical? There is nothing wrong with the math. It is the policy making which is erroneous. Larger returns should attract more taxes not less!
What about ancestral land property? How is it evaluated?
