Thank you so much for this, i am starting my degree in September at york, David Kato college. BTW I am planning to start getting uni outfit, and was wondering if there is any form of dress code, and if any type of clothing are not allowed. Can you advise please? Thanks x
Hi there! I'm so glad you found this video useful, and really excited to hear you'll be joining us at York! As far as I'm aware, there generally isn't a dress code, wear what you feel comfortable in, be that joggers and a t-shirt, or a suit! The only exceptions to this that I can think of are: - Semi-formal wear is expected for college / subject / society formals (attendance to these are optional though!) - No open-toed shoes in lab practicals I hope that helps, best wishes for your time at York!
