    Perfect timing on this one! I had all beginner/Chinese equipment until recently I received a Bishop wand packer & was hesitant on using it with any of the cheap power supplies. I even switched the cord from my MP5 to a Toshiba laptop cord with higher amps. I know absolutely nothing about how that would benefit or even work, but I suppose a company like Critical looks into that kinda thing, so I'm going to spend a couple hundred on a critical power supply! Thanks for the info!

    That power supply is bussin!

    • @ThatTattooShow
      @ThatTattooShow  ปีที่แล้ว

      the safety is questionable, the power output isn’t consistent, it’s not a bussin as a proper power supply.

    So power supply I always wondered I have no idea what hertz are and another question what about the wireless setups like are the little battery’s not strong enough to stay consistent

    Like graffics was saying you can put a better power block on them and it will run consistent voltage.ive actually tested it out.well on my bronc digital power supply and it is constant voltage and read out on the meter is the same but dragoart is way cheaper then bronc...I'd never use a dragoart to be honest tho.they just don't make decent stuff

      How long have you used this power supply and is it still running? I'm looking to purchase either this or the bronc supply

    From what I have been told on few tattoo hygiene courses in Denmark that same CE issue applies to most if not all needles from China and you can't be sure how sterile they are and what standards they are based on and at the same time we all use them and it is no issue.

      I have no doubt that there are needles which are up to the safety standards. If I was sent needles that had the “China export” stamp I would also not advise using them. While making the video I spoke or various manufactures and the responsibility is on the imported and or seller to make sure they products that are legit. If they are audited and they don’t have the relevant saggers certificate they can be in a bit of trouble. Also if something happens such as, a power supply causes an electric shock. The importer of the product can be prosecuted.

      @@ThatTattooShow out of curiosity I checked some needles and disposable grips and some big brands have no CE markings. Some bar needles have it. But which one it is it's har do tell China or Europe.

    We have a dollar store here in Québec canada that sells "Chinese " cheap version of electronics like power bars (multiple outlets to plug into) and way too much of those caught fire. Chemical, sterile or electronics i dont get why people buy cheap. You just dont know what they build with, I mean its cheap because they cut corners. Especially in a PROFESSIONAL setting. Dont get sued dont hurt people buy legit. No clones. On a other note i noticed that cheap machines run better on quality power supplies from reviews on YT. So yeah power supply is very important.

    Lol put a multimeter onit I bet the voltage isn’t right lol

  • @ChadAF_YT

    It’s self certified, so of course the paper is real, does it actually meet the standards is a different question, but China makes all the electronics that are good, (and all the cheap trash)

      The CE marking on there isn’t proper, the company have said they don’t sell it in Europe because of this.
      If it doesn’t have legitimate CE certification this calls into question the safety of the power supply. I was fortunate to have an electrical engineer in the studio at the time I received it for review and he took a good look at the supply. After inspection he advised of the safety issues.

      No.. It may look like a critical in some respects but in no way is it anything like a critical.
