Wow! 8 kittens that's a huge brood and to be forced to give birth on the street so horrid. Thankyou for collecting al this newborn souls and providing mom with a home for her self and her kids for life! They look like a small gaggle of tigers! I hope mom gets a good bath and spa day!
I held my breath and only exhaled once mummy cat and her babies were all safely in the carrier. It was clear to see that she was badly treated when she sought help from humans, thus feeling so exhausted and aggressive towards anyone who approached her. It must have been awful having to give birth to her babies in the street. Once she was reassured that you meant her no harm, she easily went into the carriage without a fuss. Thank you very much for rescuing this family and i am hoping that all goes well for this family. Jasmine cat always comes to watch the babies. I think that secretly, she likes the babies, but does not know how to show it, otherwise, why would she put herself through the stress of going so close to see them if she hated them.
A lot of the older generation of Indians are quite vicious towards animals, aren't they. I have noticed that - always seem to be seniors wanting to harm them or starve them or whatever. Poor mum cat what she has been through and she had quite a few babies too. Not the best place for animals to be born on roads in India. Thank God someone saw the situation and wanted to help her. The rescuers should carry thick gloves as they are around cats all the time. Much easier to deal with the mum with thick gloves on.
