  • 太极功夫扇是北京市老年体协为积极支持北京市申办2008年奥运会,大力开展中老健身活动,于新世纪初组织创编的太极拳新套路.这套太极扇的创编受到了太极拳爱好者的热烈欢迎.
    这套太极工夫扇不只是表现了一项新的套路,更可贵的是它在继承弘扬太极拳传统的基础上,作出了有益的新探索,新创造,使古老的太极拳运动绽放出新的光彩,令人耳目一新.突出表现在:
    将太极拳与其它武术项目以及京剧,舞蹈动作巧妙结合,为太极拳运动注入了新的内容.
    将太极拳与扇的挥舞相结合,为太极拳器械增添了新品种
    将太极拳与现代歌曲相结合,使太极拳出现了载歌载 “武”的新形式.
    太极功夫扇全套分为6段,每段8个动作,加上起势,收势和两个过门,共计52个动作.
    第一段动作以太极拳,太极剑的技法和风格为住线,表现出扇子的抱,分,开,合,刺,撩,劈,压等技巧.
    第二,四段动作,以长拳,查拳等快速有力型武术的技巧和风格为主线,表现了削,推,按,藏,亮,挽花等扇法和戳脚,震脚腿法,动作明快,动静分明.
    第三,五段动作一南拳,陈式太极拳的刚健,法力,发声动作和京剧,舞蹈的造型亮相为主线,表现了扇子的挑,贯,云,劈,拨,拍等方法以及蹬脚,举脚,抖拳, 顶肘,纵跳等技法,动作健美勇猛,发声助力,气势雄壮.在第三和第五段以后各有一个过门动作, 分别以抱扇, 行步两种不同方式承前启后, 巧妙连接.
    第六段动作以杨式,吴式太极拳的技巧和风格为结尾主线,表现了, 掤,捋,挤,穿,架,戳,背等扇法,在柔缓悠长,连贯圆活的动作中平稳收势.
