RULE 39 - EXECUTION, SATISFACTION AND EFFECT OF JUDGMENTS | REMEDIAL LAW REVIEW

Execution is the remedy afforded for the satisfaction of a judgment. Rule 39 provides the Rules when execution shall issue as a matter of right, and a matter of discretion. It also provides the two modes of execution (by motion or by independent action). It also tackles the rule on revival of judgment, effect of reversal of executed judgment, properties exempt from execution, as well as sale and redemption of real property, among others.
