Honestly, being able to bucket anything could be op. Like on a pvp server, you have an army all bucket each other one at a time so you can sneak into an enemy base so much easier. Along with being able to travel with just one horse or minecart or boat. And it is a good way to protect your afk friends or save your friends from dying. So many possibilities.

after watching some other twists like "travel inside someone to kill them" or "I can ender pearl inside the hunters to get op items" I think it'd be cool if the bucket was its own dimension... but if nothing else I can easily admit that the hunters peeking over the edge of the bucket was adorable to look at

What would have happened if you placed a hunter in a bucket and then destroyed the bucket, such as dropped in lava or tossed into the void? If they weren't set free from the bucket, they'd technically be stuck in spectator mode.
