Where is home? I'm Scandinavian, so I don't know much about American dialects, but it sounds like a southern drawl I guess. Which kinda makes the fireplace a bit intriguing. Where is she from, but also, where _is_ she? :D

I'm 43 and have lived my entire life in Virginia, North Carolina, and South Carolina. If I'm not mistaken I believe she's a North Carolinian. A nice cozy fire is always welcome in the winter. It's not all alligators, palmetto trees, and blistering heat. Pound for pound I would say that y'all have better looking women than we do though.
@@brianjett5718 Nothing wrong with Scandinavian women, but you know how it is, the grass is always greener :) I really thought it was hotter. I thought maybe she'd be from New Orleans or something like that. But looking at a map I realize that North Carolina not _that_ far from NY. (East coast probably also is a factor) Thanks for the info. I don't know why, but I always try and figure out where people are from :D

The Gulf coast States are where things tend to be tropical.
The rest of the South is subtropical and Eastern woodlands. I'd like to see Scandinavia one day as I really enjoy the cold. And would love to dive into all the history. You're always welcome to come down and visit Dixie. Great food, great people, cool history, and a lot of guns.
......Oh, and booze! I almost forgot how much we like to drink. I should probably poor myself an eye opener.😉
@@brianjett5718 I travelled the US as a young man. I spent nearly a year, mostly hitch hiking around. I visited well over half the states, but unfortunately, I never really went further south than Nevada/California, which I regret looking back. It was hot enough in Sacramento for example, but I don't really consider it "the south" culturally. I could be wrong though. Now I'm too old for escapades like that, and to be honest, post 9/11, going to the US isn't as tempting anymore. You should totally visit Scandinavia if you get a chance. I'm Norwegian, and if you choose the right destinations, I can guarantee you won't be disappointed. Copenhagen is wonderful in the spring/early summer, and then there's a metric ton of natural beauty in Norway. Just bring lots of money haha.
