जब कैपेसिटर चार्ज होता है तब मेन सप्लाय फूल पीक वेल्यू पर होती है मतलब sin90° और जब मेन सप्लाय sin180° की और बढ़ती हुई 180° पर आ जाती है तब कैपेसिटर अपना चार्ज छोड़ देता है तब कैपेसिटर की चार्ज छोड़ने पर पीक वेल्यू sin90 पहुंच जाती है और जब मेन सप्लाय180° से 270° की और बढ़ती है तब कैपेसिटर विपरीत पीक वेल्यू पर चार्ज होने लगता है और फिर 360 पर अपना करेंट छोड़ता है यह क्रम ड्यूल फेस निर्माण करता है जो 240V पर होते हैं।

You are awesome in teaching concepts. Best part is the understanding of phase shifting of 120 degrees. It is a concept and very difficult to understand. But your animations made it very clear that rotation of field or winding means phase rotation or rather 120*3=360 complete rotation
