A Tulip Festival is organised in Delhi Tulip every year in the month of February. It is organised by #NewDelhiMunicipalCorporation (#NDMC) to mark the joyous arrival of the spring season in the capital of India. With vibrant tulips adorning the landscape, the city come to life after days of bitter cold. For citizens and visitors who are yet to partake in the festivities, the festival will go on till February 21. This is the second edition of the Delhi Tulip Festival.
The Delhi Tulip Festival brings to you the beauty and charm of over 200,000 tulip bulbs in full bloom in several parts of the city. A highlight of the event, however, is the breathtaking display of 80,000 tulips in Shanti Path, creating a picturesque backdrop for visitors to enjoy leisurely strolls and capture stunning photographs. Beyond the visual splendour, the festival offers a diverse range of activities to engage attendees, including guided tulip walks in different parts of the city, exhilarating photography and painting competitions, and captivating musical performances.
