Well he was very respected in his Early days in Chelsea & also in Inter when they won a treble, & when he first came to Real Madrid & made the team reach UCL semi finals which they haven't reach for years, the thing with Mourinho is that in his final years at a club he start to lose his bond with players especially when they are star players they become too full of themselves & sometimes don't listen to him it happened with Chelsea in his final years, but With Roma & the young team they have they pay more respect to Jose since he's experienced & a lot of the players are young & in the beginning of their Careers
