Stormy did a fantastic job on the stand, under oath. She remembered so many details about how she felt, what she saw and heard - because her experience was real - it happened. The paper trail and testimony from others is also evidence. If Trump wants to argue under oath that Stormy, along with everyone else who corroborated the affair and cover-up for the purpose of the election was lying, he is welcome to give his account on the stand. I’m glad she stood her ground. I’m impressed by her honesty and willingness to tell the truth.

Anyone that studies American history will see that from FDR on the democrat presidents and democrats are the ones that have made the biggest improvements in America. As with FDR's New Deal and LBJ's Great Society. Republican policy is one. Tax cuts for the rich and Trickle Down Economics. They republican born rich worship themselves as god and their evangelical republican voters worship the born rich as god. If Trump wants to refute Stormy's testimony there's an easy way for him to do that: take the stand in his own defense. He ain't gonna open THAT door.

I think they need a better legal commentator. He is saying that they might use Stormy a reason to appeal. From my understanding, trumps team did not object to anything during her testimony, removing that option. At least that is how i understand it to work, one side MUST object to preserve the issue for an appeal. If you don't object it tells the court you are fine with it and give up your ability to appeal that particular issue. So what will they appeal? The judge basically making objections on his own for the benefit of the defense?

I wish I were judge Merchan. I would give Trump the following admonition regarding committing contempt of court.
"Mr. Trump the next time you commit contempt of court I will send you to jail for a period of time, a minimum of several days. You will be treated exactly the same as any other prisoner, except for having a cell to yourself. You will go through the same intake procedures, ALL of the intake procedures, as any other inmate.
You will eat the same food as the other inmates, there will be no catered meals from outside of the jail. You will be brought into the courtroom handcuffed and shackled in an orange jumpsuit. The cuffs and shackles will be removed before the jury is brought in and they will be put back on before you leave.
