Baltimore's economy has been on the rise for over a decade, and its unemployment has been falling, for over a decade. Other than cutting benefits for the poor and school lunch programs, what has Trump done for Baltimore, or any city for that matter?
Trump's tweets aren't an indictment on the people living in these areas, it's an indictment of the leadership that have run these places and squandered money sent to improve these areas.
