I have felt that. I have no desire to go out with my dolls, except maybe thrifting for clothes with them. I love having them with me when I make things for them as I can tailor a pattern to fit them better. My Lola(Rose from PG) is 14" and Carter's preemie fit her only if the length has been shrunk down. otherwise they are too long. I have a couple of 15" doll outfits that fit her well too. I have patterns for AG type doll clothes so going to modify some of those to look more like baby outfits. I am sure a different person since I got my dolls. Surgery is tomorrow, going to take Lola over to my daughter's and want to take Violet as well as Mei Eu Meh (May You Me). My daughter thinks they are creepy but my grandson loves holding them.

You mentioned how someone (you thought it was me) mentioned how the dolls have helped them with their insecurities over the years and although that was a great insight and does apply to me, although I never thought about it in that way, I just wanted you to know that it was not me who had mentioned that and I so appreciate whoever did. I am soon to be 75 years old and the wonderful people I have met through this hobby has brought so much joy and happiness to my life. Thank you so much for always being so kind and accepting of us all and our dolls, you are definitely a true gem in this dolly world that can be so misunderstood by so many people. Praise God for those who, if they don't understand, they at least support and appreciate us and our "Passion, Obsession&Addiction"for a hobby that we love and adore. Sending lots of love & hugs!❤️
