You are so clear and hel[pful! Thanks. I've improved so much doing all your drills. One issue I have is that when I do the "Wall" swing (and focus on set-up), I get to the top perfectly. My right elbow is free and seems to go in the right position. I do it great ont he range too and hit the ball great. On the course though, after a missed shot, I seem to stop turning or do something else, and my right elbow gets pushed agaisnt my side at the top---like its cramped. against my side My feeling is that the "take it up the wall" part of my swing gets tight under pressure, and I don't turn my right shoulder (thus getting my elbow weird). Is there a video of yours that deals with "completing" the turn under pressure? Or something like that. I know this is long and convoluted (unlike your cool instruction videos!). Thanks so much.
Imagine not following Porzak and work on weird downswing moves instead of dialing in the basics… Porzak style!! Setup, grip, posture and backswing. Rest will follows 😎 GOAT Porzak!
Just want to say I love your videos , your style of teaching and the content you make helped me so much and made things much easier to understand. A lot of these channels confuse the everyday golfer and you simplify it and make it so much easier and less frustrating. I wish you were in California so I could come get an in person lesson. 🙌🏼 you’re awesome keep up the good work.
Adam - I love your "check points" comments. I take notes (pen to paper) and many of your check points are now engrained, though I practice them daily... one by one. I'd love i check point to help enforce my lag position when I transition to the down swing. Thank you so much for the details you and Mike share. My swing is now simple, compact with far fewer moving parts. 🤟
Any good drills on how to key the right knee flexed all the way through the backswing while still rotating ? I struggle with this, regardless of how hard I try to keep it flexed. Thanks for the great content!
I believe I turn shoulders more by focusing on moving right shoulder into spine but you “mostly” refer to left shoulder pushing back. What issues can result from focusing on right shoulder turning into center?
Great video great drills But for me i have to really work the arms/forearms from the start without my arms moving!ie keeping them in front My attempt to describe it! im pressing down and squeezing the hands putting stress into the shaft as though trying to break it! exaggeration but otherwise i have dead arms and lift them up which AP shows you not to do
When do you allow the weight shift to happen from the ball of the right foot to the inside heal of the right foot in the backswing…check points…you said halfway back you are still on the ball of the foot
Hey there! They are able to lag the club on the way down and create angles that others just can’t so we like to help our players preset that angle because with 90% of golfers that we watch, especially amateurs who are watching this they do not down cock the club and create more lag on the way down, but throw the club head and get rid of it. We have found through working with thousands of players that this is far more effective for golfers on the whole. Hope this helps!
@@PorzakGolf my man! What an answer. They must focus on speed generation and you are giving us the best way to be consistent and stay relevant to your audience. Your explanation back was thorough and made perfect sense. Now we’ve covered all golfers! Glad I was able to get a response from the Porzak channel ( hopefully this is Adam )
Have any questions for me? Leave it down below and I'll get back to you!

It was a dark place for a while tbh. His consistent videos are the only things I follow now
This video is a gem. Splice in a few clips from some other videos and you have the greatest golf teaching video ever made

Thinking "hands low"helps keep the right knee bent for me, perfect tip again!!
This technique provided me with an effortless club speed. Thank you for the lesson.

This makes so much sense. I straighten my knee way too much and I over rotate and have way too long of a backswing.

You are the Best 👍👍👍
Is the low hands on the takeaway good for the driver swing too?

Adam, you mentioned: draw blood, shake hand, carry tray, skipping rock(?), what does skipping rock mean? Thanks

So is the feel after setting the club, moving the chest up or is the focus on the right hip getting deep would you say?
With the hip bump at address, where should you feel the weight in your front foot?
I can't make your golf class in June of 2024. Will you have one next year, if so, please provide information to attend
I will be coming from kentucky.
We will be announcing future dates soon! So stayed tuned for that!
First!

Hello! The weight should gradually go back into the heel as you go from the set position to the top of the swing!
Do you do the same thing with the driver?
I say yes
Set it and forget it!!
Hey Porzak - how come Rory and Tiger Driver swings have different club set levels? Head is not above shoulders until the hands are much higher

Adam your grip has gotten pretty weak recently is this on purpose? If so, why?
