@TheTurkishboy90 Well Dincolo de nori with Dan Bittman is my 5th all time favorite Eurovision entry so I think it was very underrated in the voting. I like it more and more as years go by.
@radek012345 Well I don't agree on Germany. Ralph's Siegels best songs are Johnny Blue and Frei zu leben. Wir geben'ne party get's a little bit lost in this strong year but it's definitely around 5-10th placer.
@Tvjunkieful12 I totally disagree with you. Just watch Gina G in 96 and Love city groove in 95. I think it was the juries that did not make room for such songs not the live orchestra. The orchestra did magic from national final/studio version with songs like Neka mi ne Svane and The one that I love
Watching this I am pleased they have removed the big band/orchestra arrangements in the modern Eurovision. Cause this was boring, quite frankly. Thankfully these days this type of only in Eurovision songs are less and less influential. Today we have both heavy metal, rock, techno, dance and rap as well as the more traditional Eurosong songs. And they even win! Dima Bilan, Lena and Lordi. And the most underrated entry in ESC history, in my op: Kate Ryan (2006?) Big favourite, went out in semi.
With 1997 best year! I agre with very much out of your ranking it´s very good!!
you are so right about dan bitman :(
