@@lovethehuntOutdoors I was thinking it was going to be bad, but it is not. My Marlin 1895 in 45-70 has a good bit more punch than the 454 Casull. You can also shoot 45 Long Colt out of it as a lighter round. Overall, I thought the 454 Casull was comfortable to shoot.
Cool I have this one (stainless Steel) in 454 Casull and I have a short carbine in the 38/357 and it is blued. I love them both. Thanks for sharing.

Sorry guys I misspoke, it's an 1892 Winchester design. It didn't win the West it may have helped tame it.
