Let me explain. Indian singers unlike others sing for the movies. They lend their voices to the movies. They make slf albums and music videos but this has been followed since 1930s. Various Singers( both male and female) have gained recognition by singing songs. Several famous artists like Shreya Ghoshal, Benny Dayal( he is the singer of this song). In bollywood movies, its rare for an actor to actually sing his own song. This guy has only sung in maybe 1 song his entire acting career and it was just for the sake of being authentic. Bollywood movie songs are mostly dubbed - unless if you have a SINGER turned ACTOR.
