No mam.. Unacademy or any other platform following the same path should blatantly be blamed for this toxic culture. The teachers have control on the content they make, the lecture delivery, the way of teaching but attracting the audience (students in this case) is not in their hands. Moreover, there might be "n" no of reasons why a good teacher also may not get views. So, instead of using teachers as marketing agents, unacademy should make teachers by their own.

After completing my graduation if I want to become a faculty in online platforms like PW, unacademy, Adda247, will my career be secured? Aur ye bhi hai ki pehle se bohot acche acche faculties padha rha hai inn sab platforms me aur unme se kuch kuch faculties celebrity bhi hai... To kya rehge mam future isme???
