I bet you and Charlie could find a way to make a remote start for that 61 Chevy Apache truck, but I have a feeling you would have to do something a little different, probably involve a 200 foot long cord? might not be completely wireless?

No way! Remote start wouldn't come along as a factory option for another 20 years. I had never heard of a remote start in 1989.
