That's all PHP/MySQL, HTML, Javascript. You need to master these technologies first. When you have sufficient knowledge, you can develop any feature.

what is d/f b/w kirki as plugin vs embed kirki in both we have to mange customizer by coding
i mean if i upload kirki as plugin what are its default function what is the benefit of it?
Something i'm missing or mixing dont know. plz guide it?
in previous lecture u just shown us kirki upload/recommeded by tgm, not show us how to us kirki as plugin.

The only difference is, the user can't update the kirki plugin with an embedded version. You have to provide updates. But with using as a separate plugin will allow end-user to update it from their WordPress dashboard.
Next video on how to add a custom section for menu in customizer if user want sidebar menu or top menu on one click ....
Well, what so difficult in doing that? I have taught everything, just create a new section, add a switch control than use if condition to toggle between menu code?

When and how to update the theme that we develop?
You need to host your themes on wordpress repository (that’s a very long and time taking process) you can use your own server for update files. Check this out: w-shadow.com/blog/2011/06/02/automatic-updates-for-commercial-themes/
And there are some other libraries as well like freemius.
@@WPAcademyPK I am curious, how do we know that a theme needs an update, like we wait for the issues? How to fix them and when a WordPress version is updated which changes are needed in a theme to edit and update. Thanks for answering
@@HarisRehman well, your theme users will report bugs that you can fix and release updates. Always stay updated with WordPress developers news and make changes to your theme if needed. Usually whenever WordPress releases an update, you must read full details for any developers related changes and update the functions if needed. But core functions are updated/changed very rarely.
@@WPAcademyPK and does the theme by default support elementor or we need to code it to support elementor page builder
@@HarisRehman there is no specific code to make it compatible, Elementor is by default works with every theme. Developers just make Elementor specific widgets or demos.
