    I love it!!! Thank you for sharing I came across Qi Gong and Taiji. Beginning of my journey on top of yoga. Find that a great warm up! My daughter started TKD but had a head injury at the competition and she didn’t want to continue. She presented Crouching Tiger. It was beautiful.

    Such a good explanation, sometimes you hear stuff for many years and than one day you watch a video randomly on youtube and it breaks it completely open. Clearing up what youve been dealing with for so long. As if a flow brings me to this point where there before was simply no space to see it. Thank you

    Excellent! Thank you for sharing. Perhaps the world will not lose this treasure if enough masters open up before they die.

    Love the explanation of peng-lu-ji-an. They're simple but profound concepts.

    8:16 Really interesting distinction between PM and other styles of Tai Chi. I don't study PM but I'm glad I came across this video
    It reminds me the difference between Sambo and Judo, with Judo being more timing and sensitivity based, and Sambo being more structural based.

      I say this all the time to martial artists that should know better. The Imperial Japanese flag (with the sun rays) is the equivalent of the Nazi flag. There's a reason why Japan changed that flag to what they use today.

      @@TheSilence1 exactly. martial artists need to learn history, and stop being so ignorant.

      Apart from watching videos, attending a seminar can be really helpful. There are a lot of things you cannot see or feel by watching videos. Sometimes things you see in those videos are very misleading. I have attended two seminars and got some corrections.

    I am a typical impatient taiji student.
    If I were able to learn cannon fist, it would help me understand each move in the form. (just my opinion).
    Am I wrong to think this way ?

      @karrimzz 6 ปีที่แล้ว

      If it gets you to practice more, sure. Like other disciplines, the way to improvement is repetition. However, Cannon fist effectiveness comes from knowing the alignment principle that comes from Yilu

    His theoretical teaching is just incredible, and his power and technique as well, but damn, the form of the practical method seems so ugly to me.
