The woman operating the corn🌽 mill machine in this video is the boss to this corn flour business, she employed several women in the community to help her do the corn flour business. She is also able to learn how to operate her corn mill. She lives with her husband at a suburb of Tamale, her husband is a farmer and both of them works so hard to uplift their families and the community. This is a typical Northern Ghana culture, men are supposed to do the hard work at the farms or their various businesses. Though all the laborious works that involves physical enemies has to be done by the men. Women also sometimes helps their husbands at the farms helping for sowing of seeds, cooking for the farmers to eat at the farms, harvesting of farm produce and picking of shea nuts. At evening time the women with the help of their daughters will cook for the entire family in their family house to eat. The duty of the man is to provide accommodation for the family, take care of the healthcare of the whole family, provide clothes for the family, take care of the family both physical, mental and spiritual. The most of the men sends their children to school at age 2, 3 to years old. A man to the family is the head of the family and the the woman is also very important in the family, women are the first people in every family that starts to teach children good morals and other qualities of humanity. Both men and women works together in bringing up their children very well.
