Thank you brah.🙏..I discovered the Ben Calimer Transmission due to your TH-cam channel . I got my 2016 car in 2018 for just over $26,000 a GREAT deal and so far with the mods I'm into the car for less than $30,000 and with 23,000 miles it's just as good or better than a mustang costing twice as much and I credit you,and Ben Calimer , for it. Thanks for the content.
@@chriscooper8210 stage 2 with the RST McLeod and flywheel and a Barton Hybrid 3 shifter... BMR 762r and BMR 051 differential bushings. I wanted to address wheelhop and the weak points before adding power...next up are Ford performance axles...then I start adding power.
I opted for the stage 2 trans as I am pushing 670 HP from my 2015. Upgraded to the GT350 shafts and a MGW shifter. Its perfect now, Thank you Ben Calimer.
Just remember that 6th gear isn't built in the stage 2. I don't drive my car a ton anymore and during a super spirited pull after no lifting shifting everything on Forza with a wheel setup, I forgot 6th gear in real life couldn't do that. Needless to say, the first time I no lift shifted into 6th gear it popped real good. The only gear that is 100% stock in that transmission. Everything else? You'll be happy with that Stage 2. @@Allthingschillguy ok, but that's not what Calimer told me. He said my stage 3 could handle 1500whp and it will keep smiling. But hey, that's plenty for the street
My 2016 GT with the Calimer stage2trans and RXT clutch feels, drives, sounds like stock. and with just a C&L cai and tune it ran consistent low 12s simply due to high rpm ,no lift, engagement without the high rpm lockout. I say when possible one of the first mods for a manual S550 Mustang should be Calimer stage2trans and RXT clutch and replacement of the clutch spring.
Hey Alex, Will you please give us another update on your Calimer Stage 3? I would love to hear how it’s holding up after some steady use and what it’s been able to handle (i.e. hard launches, power shifting and/or no lift shifting). I would also like to know how the clutch is holding up. Thank you.

Running the calimer cocktail in my 14 gt (2 qts Amsoil mtg and .7 qts mtf) so far so good but I don't hammer on it and shift around 6500. Someday I'm going to upgrade but for now it works just fine.

I’m lund tuned and I tried getting a new tune for the gear ratios in the stage 3 D4 and was told that it wasn’t going to work and that he wasn’t going to chase the issue. I then got a revision with all rev matching completely disabled. So basically what I wanna know is, have you guys figured out the new trans and should I try asking for a revision again?

I have a Gen 2 making 611 wheel. Not a max effort build by any means but so far the stock clutch, axles and trans have handled it without any issues for 16,000 miles. 31k total on car. The car does not see digs on a prepped surface. High paced mtn runs and a few rolls on the hwy happen often when people want to mess with me. 4th gear and the input shaft are the same piece, hence the silent operation in 4th.

I've had the stage 3 Trans for a year now. No problems. You can hear some whine but the exhaust covers it up most of the time.
