Yes, better to park on the upper deck, lower deck is pretty crowded and you might face difficulties to take reverse.

Hey Thanks for reaching out. you can mail them on [e-mail] and check with the availability. Presently they have dropped private rooms on their official website, but you could anyway try with booking.com, agoda or makemytrip

@@naazifra67 Thanks For Reaching Out, yes it is walking distance from mall road, just have to pass through mild uphill, never book hotels in mall road as it is very crowded and you might have to face a lot of traffic.
