Was this ever talked about as being OCD? The intrusive thoughts, the harm thoughts, suicide, spiralling, etc. OCD can occur during big changes in your life such as puberty, going to college.
She went through therapy and was put in an asylum for people with these issues, in which she spoke to many doctors, phycologists and specialists. They could not figure out the problem. The only thing that healed her was Jesus. Thank you for watching!
