Seriously half the problems on this show are people buying the cute dog in the window without the breed research and then not bothering to train it. What rescue would send a JRT to a handicapped person and call that responsible? Of course, over here the rescues rename the pit bulls and Am Staffs cute names so they can get them adopted out and through the breed bans. I am starting to see a lot of irresponsibility with the rescues.
. There are a number of compatibility quizzes online to provide a small list of suitable dogs for your own specific limits, exercise capabilities and limitations, housing, family type etc
I won't tell my dogs no unless I mean never again. Garbage, running out the front door, etc. i live in a not so great area and I want my dogs to let me know someone's at the door. My 2 Dobes and 1 Beagle/JRT mix are allowed 3 barks and they get thanked for letting me know. Then I get up and take care of the situation. I know the comparison is night and day in these videos, but what happens when someone you don't want is trying to break in the house? Please advise.
The bark says it all. All barks are different. I can’t explain in the comment with a good example. I’ll try…😅The woof….woof… woof is like. There is someone at the door or passing by. And the low woofwoofwoofwooof…. Woofwooofwooof…is a scare away bark. And then there are more barks. The bark of the dog in this episode is more like a nervous bark. You can see the dog haven’t learn how to deal with his own bark. I think a dog knows when something is wrong. I have the same with my dog. He alert when someone is at the door. Get excited, because the doorbell he associate with visit. 3 times bark, I heard you and then I open the door. He grabs his toy and welcome the visit. I think a dog knows when the doorbell rings it is visit or the postmen. And when it’s wrong when someone rumbling at the door to get in. My dog growls sometimes when he hears a car that he doesn’t knows by it sound. Hope my information is clear and correct me if I’m wrong.

A Patterdale-Whippet cross stuck in a house? So you get a tenacious, headstrong dog you can't catch?

Piper eats way too many carbohydrates when stealing food. That's really unhealthy for her
