Yes, the account owner will have to provide either a bank account details or mobile money details in which to receive payments

Paystack currently has ussd support for only Nigeria. if you live outside Nigeria you might consider reaching out to your local telcos. You might also try Africa's talking ussd integration. let me know if this helps
