  • Hand feeding exercises are great for working on specific aspects of your own game. In this video I am with my good friend Nathan from @nwtennis8 and we will be sharing some of our favourite hand feeding exercises. Some of the exercises are more advanced but these exercises can be adjusted to meet your own level accordingly with slower or higher feeds.
