I know this is all in Java, but i don't think it would be too hard to translate the command in Bedrock, which assuming that's right, this will be extremely helpful for me
I don't have too much experience with bedrock commands although according to the wiki, bedrock shares 11 of the 14 total execute functions as Java so it should be mostly the same.

yup item frames are entities you can use execute with them.
