I forgot to mention that you need to TERMINATE the Deliver Cargo Contract after getting the LTV! Otherwise an attack helicopter will try to blow you up 😅. You can cancel the contract by opening up the map and looking at the contract box to the right of the map. It should tell you what button you need to press to terminate the contract! I Hope you all find the video useful!
I bring the spotters scope and equip your sniper with infrared. You'll find stims often, and the spotters can be great at identifying targets and players (switch it to infrared as well) - also use hostage phones to evac instead of regular exfil sites which are usually teaming with PKers. Also, don't use vehicles often, easy to spot you on map and alerts people of your where abouts. Train, Hotel, Airport all phenomenal places to gear up quick. Also with the hostage phone contracts, if whatever you're in thr DMZ for isn't phone related pick up the hostage contract first and just ignore it till you're ready to go. also also, shoot all of the armed guards and locate the prisoner BEFORE opening the door. LMG thru windows and walls if needed and clear it out!
I use the train quite alot to travel around the map, once it's been looted nobody pays it any attention. Handy if the exfil is near the railway line. The Oasis at the top of the map has loads of hidden caches to raid and isn't usually too heavily populated
I have come to all the same solutions. I find myself also avoiding too many store trips. they are player magnets and can be a very easy way to get killed.
Solo tips i'd add: when not traveling long distances or zooming through a heavily guarded area stay on foot. Vehicles attract players and are basically a giant UAV warning players you're coming. It's easier to sneak in and out of places on foot.
Forget the sniper. Tac-m or tac-v silenced with thermal & red dot dual optic, 60 round mag, rips armor fast on bots and players. Also tier 3 bots will drop silenced m4s as you showed. Build these up in your contraband. Silencers are life in dmz. Change you character to look more like tier 3 bot, theres a couple you can pick with black helmets that look like bots armor. When driving a vehicle try to get the AI's armored truck, any other vehicle other players know you are not a bot. Do not engage other players unless you're sure they are solo. Spotting scope is also useful at spawn in to see where the enemy players are headed. Learn how to do the hostage contracts easily solo. The exfil campers are getting worse.
some hostage locations are simply impossible to do solo, others can be exploited by either killing the bots from outside, entering without triggering the timer or locating the hostage from outside
There's several different ways to enter that mall. Most involve climbing to the roof and taking either the hatch and ladder down or you can just drop in from the open area but you either have to go through the adjacent parking garage to the top to get in or you can go to the side and climb up the parked truck and crates to get on top.
There's no such thing as stealthing in DMZ. They are either deaf or as aware as Daredevil, no in-between. Once one of them sees you, the entire town sees you even if you try to disengage.
I tend to go mostly on foot as a solo player. It helps me dodge into cover or concealment if I see someone. This is a good video, I never even considered the throwing knives but it sounds like a great idea for being sneaky like I like.
Whoa love this. You taught me something about stims. Btw you can also get into the mall through the parking garage to the roof. There’s an open hatch that leads to a room. The door in that room leads to a shop in the mall. The shop has a security door that’s half up. You can farm those supressed M4’s from there. You’ll have cover from the desk counter in the shop.
Mall can be accessed in a few ways without a key - by that vent, by jumping on the boxes on the other side of mall to get to roof, by entering via nearby garage to roof (then multiple entries from roof to inside - latter, lift, stairs, jumping through two roof holes).
I’ve given up on solo DMZ missions and am just being a toxic anti trio solo sniper. The moment I got stuck on the Sattiq Poppy Farmer mission and spent over two weeks unsuccessfully trying to find the entry key DMZ was over as a “game” for me. Edit: Every time I take a turret LTV anywhere near AI they throw two grenades at it straight away and it’s gone, along with me the moment I have to get out of it.
@@fedaykincommando3252 Thanks mate it’s the Robin Hood mission, I did it and that took forever too but I had full key slots and crushed the Poppy key not knowing how important it was. Even so it would have only given me one shot at the mission, the key rarity and difficulty is ridiculous.

I would be impossible to finish all the missions solo but this is the one that will get me that second slot. The mission itself wouldn’t be a problem, it may take a couple of tries if I’m unlucky but it’s the damn key! I always go for the OB’s and couldn’t tell you how many I’ve opened, there are always keys in them but never the one I need. I’m level 250 so I’ve put the time into the game, it’s just not happening.

Great guide with lots of usefull tips! Thanks you :) if i can help you back with 1 tip, i would say you should mount more often your weapon on crates and around doors because you will get hit less often by npc's and will have less weapon recoil
PRO EXFIL STRATEGY: Call in the exfil heli and go hide ontop of the nearest tall building/cliff or fly at max altitude in the regular heli. Once the exfil heli is lifting off, jump out and parachute onto the top of it and prone. The exfil heli's blade will not hurt you, but the regular heli will. Also no one inside the heli can shoot you, so it's perfect for discreetly hitchhiking on enemy exfils.
You never need a key to get in the mall; just take the parking garage up to the roof, then snipe from the skylight. It's the easiest and safest way to deal with the tier 3 bots inside

Throwing knifes are the best - easy kills on players, and finishing, spotter scopes also a must to find where you get shot from, or to scout for players ahead - Lmg for the multiple kills in a clip, for both bots and players - that’s how I do it
Ground loot m4 rocks!! I have 6-10 of them in my contraband at all times haha!! It is only dropped by tier 3 blue armored bots. The others you downed were black armor tier 2. The black armor bots usually drop either a shot gun or a minibak. Another really good entry point into the mall is SE corner closest to the parking structure there is a roof ladder down into a room. There is always an orange crate in there and a trip wire closed door entry into the rest of the mall.
If you plan on hitting the Al Bagra underground solo, I like to pick up the ship cargo contract first. I’ll either complete the shipment or cancel and go straight to Al Bagra. Then back the boat up to the shoreline, hop on the turret and annihilate enemies.
100% on the stims, I run them in full squads as well, they're just indispensable. The stowed plates are also necessary, Be careful with the throwing knife in the upcoming patch they're fixing a bug where you can one shot the juggs which means they'll break it everywhere else.

I prefer suppressed Fennec with drum mag and armor piercing rounds. Goes through ammo fairly quick but it’s plentiful ammo and it absolutely mercs players in close quarters which is generally where I encounter them. I pick up a lot of claymores and prox mines before going to the mall. I go through the parking garage to get up top (fill ammo for free in the process) and go down the stairs on the west side. Use mines to cover your backside from bots while you loot. I skip the truck entrance because it’s a flashing light to PKers that you’re there

If you get a Stronghold Card you can successfully raid the smaller buildings going solo if you have at least 2 Armor and at least one revive. I've done the Police Academy solo when I found the key for it. A little harder you just have to be patient when shooting into rooms. If you don't have a flash bang to pause the shield guards, shoot at his pistol. When you hit it enough it will kill him or it will make him stumble so you can shoot his body. Be careful though, try to shoot at him from cover because that 50 cal will kill you with a few shots. Oh yeah I forgot, you can shoot at his feet too
Since stims are fairly common I'll take a scouting scope,tear gas or other which I use that are harder to use, but keep the stims that I find. If I think think or see it's gonna get crazy or getting prepped to hit a stronghold or a squad,then I'll equip the stims to have them ready but still have crucial equipment
If I spawn near C3 then the hospital, medical tents and ambulance usually provide with loads of stims, a either a self res kit or a self res pistol, usually at least one of each and spares. The AI around there can all be taken out from distance with a sniper rifle too.

It will also put you closer to the jackpot called the Yum Yum Burger back room. And if you don't have the key, don't sweat it! The cash registers and refrigerators are teeming with cash and may have some aged or vintage wine. I also recommend doing this if you spawn at the police academy. Now what if you spawn in the south outskirts of Al Mazzrah? Well, there's still a Yum Yum Burger restaurant, a gas station, the military tents, and a police station that you can loot for plates, vests, and the occasional medium backpack. Heck, you could even try catching the passenger train! 2. If you spawn closer to Taraq or Al Safwa Quarry, there's a hospital and ammo depot that have never let me down, even if there's trash loot. Rohan Oil also has the barracks that you can loot for plates and the occasional medium backpack and vest. 3. If you spawn near Hafid Port or Sa'id City, always hit up the Sa'id City police station, hospital, and even try the mall if you think you're hard enough. 4. If you spawn around or between Sarrif Bay and Sawah Village, the former has the resort and the lighthouse, which are amazing for cash and sellables, whereas the latter has the Crypto Farm, a hospital, and an ammo depot for the brave and bold. 5. Spawning near Mawizeh Marshlands or in the southeastern city gives you the police station, an ammo depot, and a hospital that have the usual self revives, revive pistols, and medium backpacks. 6. Now if you spawn near Al Sharim Pass, there's a helpful hospital. Or... you could catch the cargo train. It's really up to you if you want to play it safe or not. 7. In Al Malik Airport and between the airport and Al Baggrah. If you spawn in Al Malik Airport, you could try and loot it while contending with the AI, or you could loot the Al Sharim Pass city to see if people passed the city over for the train (which let's be honest, they totally did). Now if you spawn between the airport and Al Baggrah, the fortress has an ammo depot full of things you can use like cash, armor, and even a vest and backpack. Plus, the fortress itself has some pretty ballin' loot. Good luck, have fun, and remember that your prompt wheel exists. 😅
Man i been lovin your vids this my kind of solo content i play dmz solo every weekend because i work out of town all week. so i try to build on my inventory and collect the large bag and the 3 plate vest with selfs and gas masks DMZ is so hard to exfil solo with everything u need. Its the hardest game i ever played and i love it im addicted to surviving with a better gun than what i went in with
I use the telescope cos has no glimpse, its about x8-x14, thermal, and in dmz warzone doesnt autospot but you can clearly see the highlighted bodies...
Swim when you can it is really helpfull and avoids alot of bots, especially for edges of the map on spawns. You can do sawahalahaha thingy Hotel fairy easy this way.
Happens that when first entered dmz with knife i threw the knife to a lvl 3 bot and he put me a shotgun round on my face. This is why i have trust issues.
I just dont like constantly switching between stims and the spotter scope. It becomes tedious. I also feel I can see enough with my sniper scope. But if there were no stims I would 100% take the spotter scope
@@ON1C I find that I only switch to stims when I'm going into a hot area. Otherwise I've got the spotting scope at the ready. On PC it's 1/2 a second to switch between them.
I bring in the thermal spotter scope and then pick up stims as I find them. I find it useful scanning the area for operators. I never really find the spotter scope in matches.
I love how you make DMZ looking so amazing and in depth. It’s unfortunate that there’s really nothing to play for. They are desperate need of an out of game economy. If activision ever gives DMZ the love it deserves this channel is going to BLOW UP

also if you spawn and all hospitals are far away and you still need to get one for free, you can always do the secure supplies contract. I don't know the rates but I don't remember a time where there were no selfs in one of those three crates.
You guys probably know this but for stowing self revive kits, make sure once you use one you immediately equip the next because you cannot open your backpack while downed, it doesn't let you. So be mindful and make sure you're equipping your next self before you go down next because that will make or break a run

At the shopping mall, you don’t need a key or to go through the vent. There is a hatch entry on the roof, plus the roof structure is wide open. I prefer to enter through the hatch on the roof adjacent to the parking garage.
Another great solo DMZ video, and this is only the second I've watched! Great editing, really like the cutaways to the map to show your route. My only suggestion (fellow editor) is to change the sound when going in/out of that map sequence, as it's a bit jarring. Maybe the 'open map' sound effect, or another UI sound so it feels more in-game? Anyway, I'll keep watching either way - you got my sub!
Never thought about knife before usually take a semtex just for sake and it seems a waste of a lethal, I use spotter as my tactical and it really helps. My tip would be to play it slow but watch the clock. If you spot a team just mark them and watch what they do DON'T engage and When they leave move forward. (If they've been in a fight scoop up the free loot) If somehow you find a friendly don't burn them, it leads to toxicity.
I love working a 3 man team when they be hostile, I'll snipe 1 an relocate myself snipe a 2nd the push the 3rd if not I dip. Always try to keep PvP long range

The m4's are also silenced. AI often don't react to its gunfire.

2. If you spawn closer to Taraq or Al Safwa Quarry, there's a hospital and ammo depot that have never let me down, even if there's trash loot. Rohan Oil also has the barracks that you can loot for plates and the occasional medium backpack and vest.
3. If you spawn near Hafid Port or Sa'id City, always hit up the Sa'id City police station, hospital, and even try the mall if you think you're hard enough.
4. If you spawn around or between Sarrif Bay and Sawah Village, the former has the resort and the lighthouse, which are amazing for cash and sellables, whereas the latter has the Crypto Farm, a hospital, and an ammo depot for the brave and bold.
5. Spawning near Mawizeh Marshlands or in the southeastern city gives you the police station, an ammo depot, and a hospital that have the usual self revives, revive pistols, and medium backpacks.
6. Now if you spawn near Al Sharim Pass, there's a helpful hospital. Or... you could catch the cargo train. It's really up to you if you want to play it safe or not.
7. In Al Malik Airport and between the airport and Al Baggrah. If you spawn in Al Malik Airport, you could try and loot it while contending with the AI, or you could loot the Al Sharim Pass city to see if people passed the city over for the train (which let's be honest, they totally did). Now if you spawn between the airport and Al Baggrah, the fortress has an ammo depot full of things you can use like cash, armor, and even a vest and backpack. Plus, the fortress itself has some pretty ballin' loot.

i play dmz solo every weekend because i work out of town all week. so i try to build on my inventory and collect the large bag and the 3 plate vest with selfs and gas masks
DMZ is so hard to exfil solo with everything u need. Its the hardest game i ever played and i love it

I use the telescope cos has no glimpse, its about x8-x14, thermal, and in dmz warzone doesnt autospot but you can clearly see the highlighted bodies...
Some players don't even have armor plates in the late game. A Signal 50 usually one shots most players

Swim when you can it is really helpfull and avoids alot of bots, especially for edges of the map on spawns. You can do sawahalahaha thingy Hotel fairy easy this way.

Sometimes you will not find a self revive in hospitals. Best to look in every med box you find.
Happens that when first entered dmz with knife i threw the knife to a lvl 3 bot and he put me a shotgun round on my face. This is why i have trust issues.
Like you said, stims are plentiful. Bring a spotting scope instead. Being able to scan an area before entering will save you lots of pain.
I just dont like constantly switching between stims and the spotter scope. It becomes tedious. I also feel I can see enough with my sniper scope. But if there were no stims I would 100% take the spotter scope
@@ON1C I find that I only switch to stims when I'm going into a hot area. Otherwise I've got the spotting scope at the ready. On PC it's 1/2 a second to switch between them.

Actually certain snipers CAN one shot tier three AI as long as you shoot the upper chest/neck area. I know it works with the victus for sure.

I like how you talk about going in solo and taking out other teams instead of trying to team up.
I bring in the thermal spotter scope and then pick up stims as I find them. I find it useful scanning the area for operators. I never really find the spotter scope in matches.
I love how you make DMZ looking so amazing and in depth. It’s unfortunate that there’s really nothing to play for. They are desperate need of an out of game economy. If activision ever gives DMZ the love it deserves this channel is going to BLOW UP

also if you spawn and all hospitals are far away and you still need to get one for free, you can always do the secure supplies contract. I don't know the rates but I don't remember a time where there were no selfs in one of those three crates.
I became the mall rat and practically lived for week half at the mall for mission. And now use the mall for solo regain.
Solo player here. Sniper is a must. Stims and claymores for me. Bro, you play a lot like me.
You guys probably know this but for stowing self revive kits, make sure once you use one you immediately equip the next because you cannot open your backpack while downed, it doesn't let you. So be mindful and make sure you're equipping your next self before you go down next because that will make or break a run

At the shopping mall, you don’t need a key or to go through the vent. There is a hatch entry on the roof, plus the roof structure is wide open. I prefer to enter through the hatch on the roof adjacent to the parking garage.

Another great solo DMZ video, and this is only the second I've watched! Great editing, really like the cutaways to the map to show your route. My only suggestion (fellow editor) is to change the sound when going in/out of that map sequence, as it's a bit jarring. Maybe the 'open map' sound effect, or another UI sound so it feels more in-game? Anyway, I'll keep watching either way - you got my sub!
I always use the spotter and keep Stims as a backup.

Never thought about knife before usually take a semtex just for sake and it seems a waste of a lethal, I use spotter as my tactical and it really helps.
My tip would be to play it slow but watch the clock. If you spot a team just mark them and watch what they do DON'T engage and When they leave move forward. (If they've been in a fight scoop up the free loot)
If somehow you find a friendly don't burn them, it leads to toxicity.
I love working a 3 man team when they be hostile, I'll snipe 1 an relocate myself snipe a 2nd the push the 3rd if not I dip. Always try to keep PvP long range
